STEM for KIDSThis online program is supported by City of Frederick Covid-19 Relief grant, Society for Science Advocate program and STEM kits are provided by ThermoFisher Scientific and Aavanee. Aavanee is collaborating on "Go Green" initiative with Minnodi LLC. We encourage elementary and middle school kids to this program and introduce them to different topics in STEM. Certain topics that we cover are Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Electricity, and Computer Science through Lab Experiments conducted at home with parental supervision.

Yoga for MindfulnessCovid-19, High ALICE (Asset, Limited Income Constrained, Employed) and poverty in women of all ages causes increased stress levels to meet the demands of the household. One way of handling the stress is to ensure a good mental health through "Mindfulness" programs designed for all women. Regular yoga reduces stress levels and improves physical and mental health. This online program is open to all women and girls.
